- The best? I have such difficulty stacking things this way, for each day is different and offers something new to fall in love with. I do love the landscape of the northwest hills and that so many people that I care for are nearby.

- I am what I am.
I am known primarily as an herbalist and healer, dedicated to returning the medicine of the people *back* to the people. As such, much of what I do revolves around empowerment, living in balance with all life, creative expression - especially to create something new from something old.
